The new accuser, a male escort, is willing to cooperate with federal prosecutors in hopes to assist with the investigations into the rap mogul
Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by another person over sexual misconduct, who wants to talk to federal prosecutors to assist in the investigation.
The rapper has vehemently denied all allegations against him. He is currently being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on charges that include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The news of a new lawsuit comes as Combs has hit out against the attorney representing several of his accusers, Tony Buzbee – however, this latest alleged victim isn’t represented by the Texan lawyer. One of Combs’ lawyers, Anthony Ricco, stepped down last week from his legal team and issued a blunt statement.
Combs is being sued over claims from the newest victim for sexual assault during one of his alleged “Freak Off” parties. TMZ reported that the plaintiff is a male sex worker who alleges he traveled to New York City to have sex with Combs and a female companion.
That man is willing to cooperate with federal prosecutors in hopes of assisting with the investigations into the rap mogul.
The Mirror reached out to the plaintiff’s attorneys, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. They said in a statement:
“Another victim has come forward against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, providing a disturbing account of sexual violence and assault by the entertainer. The plaintiff also claims that Combs threatened him into silence after the attack.
“The suit, filed in federal court in New York City, alleges violations of federal law and New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Protection Law, which allows otherwise time-barred victims until March 1, 2025 to file claims.
“The plaintiff is prepared to cooperate fully with any law enforcement or prosecutorial investigation into the victim’s claims or those of other survivors. The plaintiff’s attorneys, Eric M. Baum and Adriana Alcalde of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, and Brian Silber of Victim Rights Law Firm , look forward to holding Combs accountable for his actions.”
